CEAT Career Fair

We are excited to welcome employers to the Fall 2025 CEAT Career Fair!
The annual CEAT Career Fair will be here soon, and we invite you to register to save your spot! For many companies, this is a great opportunity to meet with students who are interested in what they have to offer. Students may be searching for a job, a summer internship or other available positions. We hope to see you at Gallagher-Iba Arena on September 23. Don't miss this chance!
Companies attending the CEAT Career Fair can expect to interact with students enrolled
in engineering and architecture degree programs. We will continue to utilize the Career
Fair+ mobile app during the in-person CEAT Career Fair.
Due to limited space, all companies will be allowed one table and three representatives
with the option of adding additional representatives at a cost of $75. An additional
table is also available only for Brightest Orange Sponsors. You must both register to attend and select the Brightest Orange Sponsorship to
secure an additional table.
Attention: The Construction Industry Career Fair will now take place in the fall semester on Tuesday, October 7, 2025. If you have questions about which fair best suits your company, please contact careers@okstate.edu - our staff is happy to advise further.
You will receive a policies document regarding payment, shipping and cancellation after we have approved your registration. An information packet regarding next steps and day-of-fair information will be sent after we have received your payment.

CEAT Career Fair Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsoring the CEAT Career Fair is an effective and affordable way to gain high visibility in front of hundreds of OSU students. We offer different levels of sponsorship with benefits for all! Career Fair sponsorships include:
Brightest Orange Sponsor - $2,500
Premier benefits and:

Premier Sponsor - $1,500
Signature benefits and:
- Preferred booth placement
- Company booth highlighted on maps
- Company logo on in app splash screen
- Logo on student center rotating displays leading up to fair
Signature Sponsor - $750
- Company logo on sponsorship banner
- Featured employer recognition in the Career Fair+ App
- Company added to official CEAT mailing list

Cheap Lunch Sponsor - $TBD
- An opportunity to promote ahead of Career Fair and provide our students with free lunch at our Student Excellence Center as a featured sponsor on social media and at a lunch
Senior Social Sponsor - $TBD
- The CEAT Senior Social is a fun meet and greet with the CEAT senior class the night before the CEAT career fair. No resumes, just good conversations. All engineering disciplines and architecture students are invited to attend that are looking for full-time/internship employment in either December 2025 or May 2026.
*This is a social... not a mini career fair. No resumes should be brought but contact info can be exchanged.
